BIG BANG THEORY AND HADRON COLLIDER

Hello friends the things which I present below are just an understanding which I gained through various sources. So, I wished to present it to you in a precise manner which I hope will give you clear idea of current Hadron Collider Experiment being conducted in Geneva. I am sorry if any of my understandings are wrong. Without explaining BIG BANG THEORY it becomes incomplete to explain about Hadron Collider

Big Bang Theory:
This theory is an effort to explain the origin of universe. Man believes that there is a beginning for everything, similarly Discoveries in physics had shown in fact that universe also had a beginning some billions of years ago. Prior to that beginning there was nothing but during and after that there is something .Big Bang explains only during and after the beginning.

Scientists believe that universe came into existence from a "singularity”. What is a singularity and how it came into existence, to be honest we don’t know for sure. They are thought to be existing at core of the black holes. Black holes posse’s intense pressure. This intense pressure, temperature and gravitational force form the singularity. After which the intense mass started expanding reducing the temperature and pressure to a state where different matter formed through various process.

Great physicists believe that when there is a point of contraction there will be a point of expansion of the universe. After which is unpredictable by man. There certain misconceptions about Big Bang theory like "an explosion of the singularity which caused the expansion of the universe”, but Big bang theory explains that it’s the expansion of the singularity like a balloon expanding from its normal
State rather an inflated balloon popping its contents by bursting.

Hadron Collider Experiment:
The Hadron Collider Experiment is just a replica of Big Bang Theory .It tries to find the origin of universe after the Big Bang in small scale. The Hadron Collider is a scientific instrument near Geneva, where it spans the border between Switzerland and France about 100 m underground. It is one of the most expensive experiment ever done it took nearly two decades to reach this point.

Two beams of subatomic particles called 'hadrons' – either protons or lead ions – will travel in opposite directions inside the circular accelerator, gaining energy with every lap. Physicists will use the LHC to recreate the conditions just after the Big Bang, by colliding the two beams head-on at very high energy. Teams of physicists from around the world will analyze the particles created in the collisions using special detectors

There many theories as wat wil result from this experiment like the discovery of "God particle" which is first mass that formed which weighed nothing later on it gained weight proposed by
Prof Higgs Boson .A new world of Physics may arise through this experiment ,though particle physics describes evolution of matter to some extent but not as a whole. This knowledge will be extended to a greater understanding of "ORIGIN OF UNIVERSE" through Hadron Collider.
